This year's packet pickup will once again be sponsored by the Westin VA Beach.

EXPO INFO
  • Friday, August 8th, 12-7pm
  • The EXPO will take place in the ball rooms on the second floor.
  • Parking is available in the Westin parking garage or at Dick's Sporting Goods.
  • Race packet pickup for both Adult 8K Mud Run & Children's mini Mud Run.
  • Packets include race bib, info booklet w/base parking pass, sponsor items, and  t-shirt
  • Names are posted alphabetically outside the ball room. Find your number by your last name and pick up your packet by number.
  • Team members are allowed to pickup for each other.
  • Registration problems at the info center.
  • New registrations will be taken at the Expo ONLY for those with a DOD ID and base access,  as long as the race has not sold out. We cannot allow late registrations for those without an ID. 
  • Check the website and Facebook sites frequently for the latest info on registration.
  • Take the time to visit with our sponsors who make this event possible every year! Have your race passport stamped by our vendors and enter to win door prizes!
