The Mud Run
The HealthNet ASYMCA Mud Run is an 8k run designed to bring out the inner child in you that longs to get muddy, wet and have lots of fun.
See if you are fit enough and have the mental and physical perseverence to complete the HealthNet/ASYMCA Mud Run.
This is definitely not your average 8k road run. The course will challenge you as you run, walk, trot, crawl, climb over and under
mud, sand dunes, obstacles, hills, trails, walls and sand.
Why we play in the Mud?
All proceeds from the race go to the
Armed Services YMCA (ASYMCA) of Hampton Roads. The misson of the ASYMCA is to improve quality of life
for junior enlisted military personnel, their spouses and children through values oriented social, recreational, personal development, crisis prevention,
deployment separation and child development programs.
Please be sure to designate the ASYMCA #5007 during CFC and CVC annual campaigns.
ASYMCA Programs include Childcare, Ship Support Group Meetings, Military Lounge at Norfolk International Airport and activities for the work at home spouses.
ASYMCA locations in Hampton Roads are at Oceana, Ben Moreell and Norfolk Crossing. For more information call 757-363-1884.
